Perfect for stir-frying, searing, deep frying, braising, steaming and slow cooking. Full round cooking surface shape that allows food to brown and sear quickly on flat burners without a separate ring base. Perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas and electric cook tops. Swiss Diamond cookware features revolutionary non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan, – the hardest material known to man – to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface that will not peel, crack or blister. These thick 6mm pressure cast aluminum pans will not warp. In addition, the ergonomically designed handles are stay cool and oven safe up to 500°F.
