The large 6.3 qt covered wok is deep sided for perfect stir-frying and Asian cooking. It has a vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass cover. Swiss Diamond cookware features revolutionary non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan, – the hardest material known to man – to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface that will not peel, crack or blister. These thick 6mm pressure cast aluminum pans will not warp. In addition, the ergonomically designed handles are stay cool and oven safe up to 500°F. Swiss Diamond is easy clean, dishwasher safe and metal utensil safe. There is a limited lifetime warranty against defects. The pans are made in Switzerland.
