Haiku Kurouchi Tosa - Black Forged Series The Haiku Kurouchi Series knives from Tosa feature a core made from a Yasuki blue No.2 carbon steel hagane supported with softer iron jigane to provide flexibility. The blades are honed to a razor's edge, fitted with a comfortable black oval wooden handle and are finished with a stainless steel bolster branded with the Chroma Haiku falcon. |
