Peugeot Elis u'Select Electric Pepper Mill 20cm/8" - PM20613
As leaders in their industry, Peugeot has never been matched in design or quality. Peugeot has been producing salt and pepper mills since 1842. For pepper mills, hardened steel is preferred over stainless. Peugeot uses two size grooves, called Channeling and Grinding. The Channeling grooves, larger grooves are designed to line up the peppercorns to crack them. While the Grinding grooves, smaller grooves do the actual fine grinding. Patented U'Select mechanism allows you to choose 6 grinds from fine to coarse. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. Mills are Battery powered stainless steel and lighted when grinding. For Pepper use only, salt is never to be placed in pepper mills. Salt is highly corrosive and can easily corrode the steel mechanisms. Matching salt grinder versions available also. Six AAA batteries are required for operation, and are included with each mill.
