RMA Request Form
All returns
require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers must be
requested no later than 30 days from the date you received the product. After
30 days, all returns must be handled by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
Defective Returns will be exchanged for the same product only, we do not issue refunds on defective items. Unopened Non-Defective Returns will be credited for the purchase price of the item (shipping charges will not be refunded). You will not receive an RMA number for opened Non-Defective items. Returns without an issued RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer. We recommend that you read through our full Return Policy before requesting an RMA, as RMAs will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.
