Shipping Information

2014 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
The following shipping deadlines apply to orders shipping to the United States (excluding Alaska/Hawaii/All Territories/APO/FPO). These deadlines assume the maximum needed time in transit.
FREE SHIPPING (On Orders Over $50)

Guaranteed 1 to 5 Day Shipping is FREE for orders of at least $50. Orders under $50 will be charged $5.95. We use either UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail for this shipping method. (PO Boxes will always ship USPS Priority Mail)

Guaranteed 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping is available and is based on the total weight of the items ordered.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Military Addresses is available via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Rates start at $9.95 and are based on weight. Guaranteed 2-Day and Overnight service is available to Hawaii & Alaska at actual weight based rates. There is NO free shipping to these locations.

International Shipping to selected countries is available via Federal Express International Priority. Choose "International 2-5 Day Shipping" at checkout. If your country is not listed, please call 516-249-6200 to inquire if we can ship to your location. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes charged by the destination country. We are unable to calculate these fees in advance, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering to determine what you will be liable for.

There will be a $10 delivery surcharge applied, if the carrier, (i.e. Fedex) determines that address supplied by the customer is incorrect. Please enter addresses carefully. Orders which are returned to us because recipient was not available and/or packages refused without being delivered may be assessed a $10 shipping fee.

When will I receive my order?

If you choose the "1 to 5 Day" Shipping you will receive your order in a maximum of 5 business days after it ships. (i.e. Order Monday before 4PM - Receive the following Monday). Depending upon your location you may actually receive your order in as little as 1 day.

Are items in stock?

We pride ourselves in stocking ALL of the items we sell. Many internet resellers do what is called "drop-shipping." This is where the company you are buying from is not the company actually sending you the item. At Market Warehouse, we try to keep our website up to date with our inventory levels. Items which say, "In Stock. Will Ship Immediately." are guaranteed to be in stock.

When will my order ship?

Items marked "In Stock. Will Ship Immediately." follow the shipping timetable below:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) BEFORE 4PM EST will ship the SAME DAY.

Orders placed Monday through Friday AFTER 4PM EST will ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday, will ship on MONDAY.

All other items will ship within the time frame specified on the specific item page.

You will be notified of any delay in processing your order via email or phone.

Orders shipping to International destinations may be delayed for security and payment verifications.

All orders are subject to Credit Card Billing Address Verification. To avoid delays, please make sure you enter the correct billing address (where you receive your credit card statements) in the Billing section during checkout, if different from the shipping address.

Return Information

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item. Please direct all defect concerns after 30 days to manufacturer. Manufacturer phone numbers are provided below for your convenience.

Non-Defective Returns - If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect (i.e. do not not like the size or color), you may exchange the item for another item(s) or receive a refund, less original shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your original order, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange. All returned items must be in original unused, factory condition. You must include ALL packaging materials (undamaged), manuals, paperwork, warranty cards (not filled out) and all parts and accessories. Computer Software & Electronics may not be returned if opened in any way unless defective. Pack the product in a seperate outer corrugated shipping box. Returns not in original factory condition or with missing or damaged items will not be accepted. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Please call 1-800-223-3724 for a Return Merchandise Autorization #. Write the RMA # clearly on the outer carton, do not write or tape anything on the product packaging. USED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE (See Below). Please ship the package back to us using UPS or FEDEX. Please insure package for full value.

Defective Returns - If you wish to return an item that is defective, you may do so for exchange with an identical item. There are no refunds on defective merchandise. After 30 days, please direct all defect concerns to the manufacturer. We will pay for the cost of returning the item to us. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization #.
